I was watching the news last night and I got the sense that something is fishy, like I usually do when I watch Congress get riled up about something. They love to grandstand shallowly these days about all sorts of complicated topics just to get news coverage. Soon we'll have wrestling on the floor or something. Proxy boxing. Bring out the poor and the wolves. And I think I understand Republicans more and more these days. I mean, I am lazy and cynical too. But I am not running the country either.
